Health Screening 40+ is a state program for preventive medical examination for people over 40, which helps detect serious diseases at early stages. How Health Screening 40+ Works
The procedure is very simple and does not take much time.
- Receiving an Invitation
30 days after the date of birth, citizens receive an invitation in the Diia app.
It is also possible to apply through the CNAP (Center for Administrative Services) and get a Diia Card, which will be credited with 2000 UAH for the examination.
- Registration at a Medical Facility
After receiving the funds, you need to:
- Choose a medical facility
- Register through the website or call center
- Visit to the Doctor
Health Screening 40+ is done in one visit and takes approximately 60–90 minutes.
During the visit, the following are done:
- Interview
- Medical examination
- Test collection
- Basic consultation
- Receiving the Results
Once the test results are ready, the doctor:
- Explains the results
- Provides recommendations
- If necessary, refers to a specialist
All results are entered into Ukraine’s electronic healthcare system.
