This operation lasts about 40 minutes. If other types of correction are performed at the same time, the patient may spend up to 1.5 hours in the operating room.

The fixation bandage is removed on the 3rd-5th day, and the stitches on the 7th-9th day. The swelling subsides by the end of the second week, and the chin takes on its relative shape. By the end of the recovery period after implant placement, swelling and hematomas will disappear.

For a month after the operation, it is forbidden to visit the sauna, swimming pool, or subject the body to intense physical exertion.
